Kate's 15 years of experience and various formal trainings have been guided by a holistic approach to wellness and healing with a primary focus on restorative and deep relaxation massage. Kate is a graduate of the Health Enrichment Center, member of ABMP and presently on faculty at Lansing Community College in the Massage Therapy Program.

Deep Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage: Tailor made for your needs, this session will address maximum stress reduction and problem areas.
$35/half hour, $65/hour
Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Bodywork: Originating the islands, this modality is done in a heated room with moving music and continual flowing strokes. Often referred to as "Loving Hands" massage, it is a deeply relaxing and healing experience.
$85/hour and fifteen minutes
La Stone Therapy: A technique using smooth heated stone placed on and under the body to relieve sore aching muscles. The therapist uses stones throughout the session in addition to the hands, to deliver healing massage strokes resulting in maximum relaxation and restored energy.
$75/hour
