Sherri Hillman, BS, RN, is a massage therapist and Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner and has been studying and practicing holistic health for over 20 years. Her passion and specialty is Energy Kinesiology, which is an umbrella term for modalities such as Touch For Health and Donna Eden Energy Medicine that use muscle monitoring to assess imbalances in the body’s various energy systems (chakras, aura, meridians, radiant circuits, etc.). Energy Medicine first approaches a health condition by strengthening the person’s overall energy system and then by working with the energy imbalances that are specific to the person and their health issues. An energy kinesiology session with Sherri is a collaborative process. With the use of energy testing, energy psychology/core belief work, hands on balancing techniques, and movement exercises, we are able to increase our self awareness, identify and clear stress and blockages from our mind, body and spirit and facilitate the natural flow of our own creative healing energy.
Sherri’s sessions are 90 minutes and cost $75.

Sherri began doing bodywork as a massage therapist in 1985. Her path as a massage therapist led her to study with Ben Benjamin (Muscular Therapy Institute), John Upledger (craniosacral therapy), John Barnes (myofascial release), and Paul St. John (neuromuscular therapy) - all masters in their field. As a result of a debilitating illness that befell her in 1990, Sherri began to explore the field of energy medicine. Because it helped her so much, she began studying within the field, first receiving training in Touch for Health I-IV, then in Professional Kinesiology Practice I-IV through the International College Of Professional Kinesiology Practice. Her interests then led her to intensive study in Plant Spirit Medicine with Eliot Cowan, a shaman and acupuncturist who combines shamanic plant medicine with Chinese Five Element Theory. Most recently, Sherri has spent the last five years studying Energy Medicine with Donna Eden, an internationally renowned healer and teacher of energy kinesiology. Sherri became a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner in Jan. of 2007 and is a teaching assistant for Donna’s workshops. She also teaches her own classes in energy medicine at the Center For Yoga.
