I have been practicing CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Massage Therapy since 2003.
With each therapy I am able to adjust my work so it works the best for your body that day.

CranialSacral Therapy work is structural and energetic. Through CranioSacral Therapy, Stephanie’s specialty, she is able to work on what may be the underlying reason for your imbalances. CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch modality where her hands are placed on your body as she “listens” and waits for the restrictions to release – sometimes causing a ripple effect while other restrictions release as well. People leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and in better alignment. CranioSacral Therapy is very helpful for conditions such as headaches, back pain, joint pain, TMJ, and past trauma.
Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage with Stephanie is based on what your body needs that day. Her work combines deep tissue or Swedish strokes and stretching which helps lessen restrictions and increase your range of motion by reducing restrictions and pain.

I completed the Massage Therapy program at Lansing Community College in 2003. After finishing I went on to study CranioSacral Therapy extensively through The Upledger Institute. My work experience started with two years at The Center for Yoga, then two and a half years in Asheville, NC, and now I am happy to be back in the area building my practice at Oasis Health and Wellness, joined with The Center for Yoga in East Lansing, MI.
My bodywork journey started after I was seriously injured in a car accident in 1996. I found Massage and CranioSacral Therapy to be vitally important pieces in my recovery. After realizing the benefits of both, I made the decision that I wanted to be able to help people in the same way. I am able to understand and empathize with what people are going through and I feel privileged to assist my clients on their way to recovery.
I am also currently studying through Clayton College to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Health. I plan on using the knowledge I gain from these studies to help my clients live a healthier life in all areas – mind, body, and spirit.
